Finding your size
Every piece lists the size it was purchased in, along with the designer it came from. Sizing runs differently across designers, so check the piece's own notes before booking.

Our pieces come from individual curators rather than a warehouse, which means each style exists in the size that curator wears. If a piece is not available in your size, the edits will usually offer something close.
If it does not fit
We offer free exchanges within the first 3 days of receiving your order. Contact us through our Contact page and we will arrange a swap for a different size or another piece at no extra charge, subject to availability.
Condition
Every piece is authenticated and personally inspected before it is listed. Unless otherwise noted, items are in Excellent condition — gently worn with minimal signs of use. Pieces in exceptional condition are labelled New with Tags or Very Good.
- Shipping: We ship to all 50 states within 2–3 business days, with rentals scheduled to arrive before your start date. Orders over $100 include free two-way shipping. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Rental returns: Drop off with the carrier on your prepaid label by noon on your return date. Sunday or holiday deadlines move to noon the next day. Professional cleaning is included, so don’t clean your piece. You’re responsible for returning it on time; don’t leave it with hotels, doormen or friends.
- If it doesn't fit: Try it on as soon as it arrives. Let us know within 24 hours of delivery and send the piece back the same day with the tag still attached, and we'll swap it if another size or a similar piece is available in time — or issue the full rental price as credit toward a future rental, or a refund of the rental price minus shipping and cleaning.
